The construction of the pilot platform mainly includes three-level sewage treatment system and automatic control system. Covering the mainstream sewage treatment process units in the industry, it can complete the study, practice and research of various water supply process units, including pretreatment section, biochemical treatment section, and advanced treatment section. Meanwhile, it can realize the real-time monitoring, real-time control, data recording and other related tasks of the platform through the automatic control system. Treatment scale: 200L / h (5M3 / D). This system can realize the independent operation of all units and the combined operation of any associated units. In order to facilitate the control and operation of field equipment, combined with the automatic control system, it can facilitate the real-time monitoring of field equipment of each process unit. 1) Pretreatment section: regulating tank, grid, neutralization tank, coagulation reaction tank, air flotation tank, electrolytic oxidation, internal electrolytic expansion bed and inclined plate sedimentation pretreatment are used to remove the insoluble organics in the sewage that are difficult to be degraded by biological treatment method, remove part of COD in the water body, and further improve the water quality to meet the water quality requirements of the subsequent biological treatment unit. 2) Biological treatment section: UASB, ABR, hydrolytic acidification, AB / A, SBR and MBR are three combined processes for users to choose. UASB and ABR are arranged in parallel to form the first stage of treatment, hydrolytic acid and AB / a are connected in series to form the second stage of treatment, and MBR is the third stage of treatment. The system is flexible and adaptable to water quality. This part of biological treatment is the core part of degradation of pollutants in water, in which suspended particles, organics, bacteria, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus and a small amount of metals are gradually degraded. After the treatment of the biological treatment unit, the turbidity of the water is further reduced, and the bacteria and viruses of the organic matter are reduced along with the reduction of the turbidity. At this time, the effluent is relatively clean, which can be directly used for domestic miscellaneous water after sedimentation and filtration. If the raw water quality is very poor, the corresponding treatment process needs to be increased for further treatment. 3) In the advanced treatment section, sand filtration, carbon filtration, reverse osmosis, ozone oxidation, UV disinfection, the water from the water outlet after sand filtration and carbon filtration, organics, nitrogen, phosphorus, nitrate, turbidity, etc. are further degraded, the algae, fungi and protozoa in the water outlet are removed by ozone oxidation or reverse osmosis, and finally the water is treated with anti-virus treatment.
